Refund & cancellation policy

ResumeSpark Pro is sold as a fixed-term access period (one month or three months). You can stop future purchases at any time from your account — there is no automatic renewal charge without a new payment, and your Pro access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If you are charged but Pro is not activated on your account, we will either activate it or refund the payment in full. Write to us within 7 days of the charge with your payment reference.

For any other refund request, contact us within 7 days of the payment. Because Pro gives immediate access to templates, AI usage and exports, refunds after substantial use are considered case by case at our discretion.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Razorpay, usually within 5–10 business days.

If a payment is deducted but shows as failed, it is normally reversed automatically by your bank. If a duplicate charge reaches us, we refund it in full once the payment provider confirms both transactions.
