Write to support@resumespark.co.in with your account email and a short description of what happened.

Include the date, amount and the payment reference from your bank or UPI app so we can match it to your order.

Send us the file you tried to upload, or paste the text into the import box instead — that usually works when a PDF is image-only.

You can delete your account yourself from your Account page. Everything stored for your account is removed. If you can't sign in, email support@resumespark.co.in from the address you signed up with.
